Mr. Cornils founded Evergreen Solutions in July 2016 after more than ten years of professional experience in Spain, Russia, and the United States. In 2015, during his MBA studies at IE Business School and prior to founding Evergreen Solutions, Mr. Cornils interned with Cerberus Iberia Advisors S.L.U. in Madrid, where he gained valuable on-the-ground knowledge of the commercial and residential real estate market in Spain and established a strong network of local professional contacts. Before relocating to Madrid, Spain, Mr. Cornils worked for Storm Properties in Moscow, Russia, from 2008 to 2014, where he was responsible for the Company’s commercial real estate investment activities. Mr. Cornils also worked as a Technical Writer for jNetX Communication and Commerce in Moscow (2007-2008) and in the US as a residential Loan Officer for Access Mortgage and Financial (2006-2007) and as a Deputy Financial Controller for A.E.C Insulation & Builders (2003-2006). Mr. Cornils holds a BBA in Finance from Grand Valley State University and received an MBA from IE Business School.

Después de más de diez años de experiencia profesional en España, Rusia y los Estados Unidos Lance Cornils fundó la compañía Evergreen Solutions en septiembre del año 2016. En 2015, durante sus estudios de MBA del IE Business School y antes de fundar Evergreen Solutions, trabajó con Cerberus Iberia Asesores S.L.U. en Madrid, donde obtuvo un valioso conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario residencial de España y estableció una sólida red de contactos profesionales locales. Antes de trasladarse a Madrid, estuvo trabajando para Storm Properties en Moscú, de 2008 a 2014, donde fue responsable de las actividades de inversión de la Compañía en el sector inmobiliario comercial. Before joining Evergreen, she was a design focused entrepreneur that creativity developed event concepts, created bespoke accessories, and worked on commissioned photography projects. During her entrepreneurial tenure, she also contributed to several design and lifestyle magazines in Russia. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Pisareva was employed with the marketing and operational management departments for several multinational companies including IKEA, Catella, and WSP. She is a graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London, UK with a degree of MA Design.

Antes de unirse a Evergreen, desarrollaba como freelance conceptos de diseño para eventos, creaba accesorios exclusivos realizados por encargo y trabajó en proyectos de fotografía. Durante su labor de gestión empresarial, también colaboró con varias revistas de diseño y estilo de vida en Rusia. Antes de iniciar carrera por cuenta propia, Anna Pisareva trabajó en los departamentos de marketing y gestión operativa, realizando administración de varias empresas multinacionales, entre ellas IKEA, Catella y WSP. Graduada en la Escuela Central de Arte y Diseño de Saint Martins, Londres, Reino Unido, con título en MA Diseño.

Mr. Volovich joined Evergreen Solutions in October 2016. Mr. Volovich has been a practicing architect at an international level for over ten years. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as a Consulting Architect at the bureau Estudi Art de Barcelona, S.L.P.U. where he was responsible for project management assistance and facilitation of international meetings. Prior to that, Mr. Volovich worked at OJSC Metrogiprotrans (2004-2014) as Lead Architect. Mr. Volovich holds both a degree in architecture from Moscow Architectural Institute and a master’s degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB). Mr. Volovich is a member of the Union of Moscow Architects and is fluent in Russian, Spanish and English.

Mikhail Volovich cuenta con más de diez años de experiencia profesional dentro del campo de la arquitectura y la construcción. Se unió a Evergreen Solutions en Octubre 2016. Antes de unirse a Evergreen Solutions trabajó como Arquitecto-asesor para el mercado ruso en Estudi Art de Barcelona, S.L.P.U., empresa de arquitectura y topografía donde además fue responsable en la gestión de proyectos y de las relaciones internacionales. Antes de eso, estuvo trabajando en S.A. Metrogiprotrans desde 2004 hasta 2014 como Arquitecto Sénior. Mikhail Volovich se licenció en el Instituto de Arquitectura de Moscú (2001-2007), tiene el título de Máster de Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC), Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (2012-2014), es miembro de la Unión de Arquitectos de Moscú y domina el ruso, el español y el inglés.

Mr. Pérez joined Evergreen Solutions in October 2019. He is a proven sales veteran with more than 15 years experience. He was the International Sales Representative here in Europe for two US companies, one located in Oregon (2003-2008) and another in Michigan (2014-2017). He graduated from EAE Business School in 2016 with a degree in digital marketing and e-commerce. He is currently pursuing a course in Blockchain and the Internet of Things, combined with other in luxury market goods and fashion (model and catwalk). Languages: English, Spanish and Japanese.

Francisco José Pérez se incorpora al equipo en Octubre del 2019. Con una vida entera enfocada en Ventas (más de 15 años de bagaje Profesional) ha sido Representante Internacional de Ventas para 2 empresas EstadoUnidenses, una de ellas localizada en Oregón (2003-2008) y otra en Michigan (2014-2017). Con una Base Amplia Informática, se graduó por la EAE Business School en Marketing Digital y e-commerce, tras un periodo de 2 años , a finales del 2016. Mr. Nebrera joined Evergreen Solutions in December 2016. He has more than 10 years of experience in architecture and construction. He graduated from the Universidad Politécnica De Madrid with a building specialty degree (1995-2003). His academic training combined with work experience from Architecture Studio greatly assisted him when embarking on his entrepreneurial career in 2003, which continues today. During his career, he has faced projects in all sectors; from residential, industrial, and commercial to rehabilitation and sanitation. His most significant works have been developing the design of single-family houses, commercial centers, specialized commercial establishments and administrative buildings. On said projects, he served as Project Manager and was responsible for all aspects of the projects, even external studies.  As supplementary training, he obtained the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (2008 UAX), extended his training with Concrete Structures with Cypecad courses (2007 COAM), and participated in the courses of Adaptation to the new Technical Building Code with Inspection Practice And diagnosis of buildings (2006 COAM).

Ignacio Nebrera, un arquitecto con más de 10 años de experiencia en el sector de la arquitectura y la construcción. Se unió a Evergreen Solutions en Diciembre 2016. Ignacio se licenció en la Universidad Politécnica De Madrid, especialidad Edificación (1995-2003). Su formación académica la compaginó con prácticas en Estudio de Arquitectura lo que le ayudó mucho a la hora de emprender una carrera en solitario en la que vuelca sus esfuerzos desde 2003. Como profesional se ha enfrentado a un sinfín de proyectos de distintos usos, desde el residencial hasta el industrial pasando por el comercial, dotacional, la rehabilitación e incluso el sanitario. Sus obras más significativas las ha desarrollado en el diseño de viviendas unifamiliares, centros comerciales, establecimientos comerciales especializados y en edificios administrativos, y trabaja como Project Management en todos sus proyectos e incluso para Estudios externos. Como formación complementaria entre otros obtuvo el Certificado de Aptitud Pedagógica (2008 UAX), amplió su formación con cursos de Estructuras De Hormigón con Cypecad (2007 COAM), y participó en los cursos de Adaptación al nuevo Código Técnico de la Edificación con Práctica de inspección y diagnóstico de edificios (2006 COAM).

Mr. Navarro began collaborating with Evergreen Solutions in November, 2016. Mr. Navarro has been a practicing architect mainly focusing on the residential sector for over fifteen years. From 2004 to 2016 he worked as Senior Architect at Estudi Art of Barcelona, .P.L.U., which is a architecture and surveying company.  There he was responsible for the management and direction of the internationalization process as well as directed the architecture department. During this time, he has also worked as a freelance architect on several projects. Prior to that, Mr. Navarro worked as an Architect for Argepro, S.A. (2002-2004), a company focused on the development of urban and architectural projects, especially in the field of protected housing (VPO). He has recently extended his studies with an EMBA from BES La Salle of Barcelona (2008-2010), which has allowed him to have a greater knowledge in the management and leadership of work teams. In addition, it helped to focus his skills towards a global vision of the business. Mr. Navarro graduated from the SEK University of Segovia (1997-2003) with a Bachelors of Architecture degree. As complementary training, he expanded his knowledge with courses in Technology in the Construction of Unique Buildings and Energy Saving on Air Conditioning at SEK University of Segovia (2002) as well as Energy Certification in Buildings at Gremi de Constructors d'Obres of Barcelona (2015).

Oscar Navarro es un arquitecto con sólida experiencia en el sector de la edificación y con más de quince años de práctica profesional. Colabora con Evergreen Solutions desde noviembre de 2016. Desde 2004 hasta 2016 trabajó como Arquitecto Senior en un despacho profesional de Barcelona, donde fue responsable en la gestión y dirección del proceso de internacionalización del despacho y a la vez dirigió el departamento de arquitectura. Durante este tiempo, también ha trabajado como arquitecto freelance en varios proyectos. Anteriormente había trabajado como arquitecto en una empresa centrada en el desarrollo y la elaboración de proyectos urbanísticos y arquitectónicos, especialmente en el campo de la vivienda protegida (VPO). Recientemente ha ampliado sus estudios con un EMBA (2008-2010), el cual le ha permitido tener un mayor conocimiento en la gestión y el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo. Además, le ha servido para enfocar sus habilidades hacia una visión global del negocio, lo cual aporta un gran valor a la empresa. Oscar Navarro se licenció como arquitecto en la Universidad Internacional SEK de Segovia (1997-2003). Como formación complementaria entre otros amplió sus conocimientos con cursos de Tecnología en la construcción de edificios singulares, Ahorro energético en la climatización y Certificación energética en edificios.

Mr. Bohm joined the Advisory Board of Evergreen Solutions in September, 2016. He is an international businessman with expertise in real estate and construction.  He was born in 1942 in Vienna, Austria. His education includes degrees from the Vienna University of Technology and The Ohio State University. He has been part of a series of ventures in real estate development both in the US and Europe including housing, offices and mixed use developments. His main activity for many years was as chairman of NBBJ a US based architectural and planning firm which he lead as chairman into becoming the second largest design firm in the world. He was a Fulbright Scholar and served on the boards of many large companies. His projects span the world from San Francisco to Dubai and from London to Beijing. Today he lends his expertise to a number of companies as an advisor and board member.

Friedrich K. M. Bohm es un businessman internacional con experiencia en el sector inmobiliario y de construcción. Se unió al Consejo Consultivo de Evergreen Solutions en septiembre de 2016. Su educación incluye títulos de la Universidad Tecnológica de Viena y de la Universidad Estatal de Ohio. Friedrich ha sido parte de una serie de proyectos del desarrollo inmobiliario en los EE.UU. y Europa, incluyendo sector residencial, de uso mixto y oficinas. Siendo durante muchos años el presidente de NBBJ, una empresa de arquitectura y planificación con sede en los Estados Unidos, logró convertirla en la segunda empresa de diseño más grande del mundo. Mr. Gherardi joined the Advisory Board of Evergreen Solutions in September, 2016. He is a businessman with expertise in commercial construction cost estimation and commercial real estate.  He was born in 1949 in Chicago, USA.  His education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in clinical psychology and general sciences from Aquinas College and credit for transfer from The University of Detroit School of Architecture. Mr. Gherardi has held a Michigan Builders License since 1978 to present and is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Realtor. In the 1970’s, he spent six years as a cost estimator and construction supervisor with three market leading general contractors and a firm specializing in architecture, engineering, and planning, in Michigan, USA.  From 1978 until his semi-retirement in 2013, he was the proprietor of Gherardi Builders, a SME focused on residential construction and improvements. Today, he spends his time fostering the development of startups’ and mentoring young entrepreneurs with an interest in architecture, construction, and real estate.

Bruce Gherardi es un businessman con amplia experiencia en la estimación de costes de construcción comercial y en inmobiliario comercial. Se unió al Consejo Consultivo de Evergreen Solutions en septiembre de 2016. Su educación incluye título de Licenciatura en Psicología Clínica, de Ciencias Generales del Colegio Aquinas y un crédito por transferencia de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Detroit. Desde 1978 posee una licencia de Constructores de Michigan y es un Valorador y Agente Inmobilario. En la década de 1970, durante seis años sirvió como Estimador de costes y Supervisor de construcción en tres contratistas generales y líderes en el mercado especializado en arquitectura, ingeniería y planificación en Michigan, EE. UU. Desde 1978 hasta su jubilación parcial en 2013, fue el propietario de Gherardi Builders, una PYME enfocada en la construcción residencial bonificaciones. Hoy en día, dedica su tiempo a fomentar el desarrollo de "sturtups" y está asesorando a jovenes emprendedores interesados en la aruiqitectura, la construccion y el sector inmovilario.
